After the service, 1 of my aircon is not working properly. I contacted Sky Breeze and they immediately setup a troubleshooting appointment on next day and the problem was resolved. I would say Sky Breeze is really a Customer Oriented company, to please and ensure customer is satisfy and happy with the service.

The team was 5 mins late due to heavy traffic. However, they gave us a call 1 hour before to inform about the late. Sky Breeze is really the best air cons servicing company I have met in Singapore so far. I even sign up the yearly contract with Sky Breeze after their service. Everything can be done online, simple, easy and time saving. More important is I no need to clean up my house and could head to Orchard to meet my friends without a delay after the service. Thumbs up!
