My Bedroom’s aircon sprang a leak. I went on Google and hope to find a repairman that would come and service it immediately. I found Sky Breeze with good reviews on my Google search and contacted via Whatsapp on 19 Apr at around 9am, which is a Sunday morning. My query was very quickly answered and servicing scheduled immediately at 3pm that same afternoon. I’m very impressed by the speed of answer and how quickly this was handled during the Covid’19 lockdown. The assigned technician rang up at 1pm and asked if he can come over earlier (usually serviceman are late) this is of course ok and perfect! Servicing took about an hour and aircon worked beautifully immediately. So happy that I put a comment on my Facebook and immediately a friend said he also has an aircon problem. I highly recommend Skybreeze and by evening, my friend told me that his aircon was also serviced and it cold now for him too. He is also a happy customer.

First appointment we had with them, 5 units of aircon servicing was done in about 45 minutes, friendly folks and said everything was in good condition. Only issue was they arrived an hour late from the appointment, although they did call us to say there were going to be late.

I booked a servicing package with Sky Breeze and it was the right choice. Their customer service response was prompt and I managed to secure my appointment fast. The service guy who came was very patient to explain the scope of work to me and he was efficient in getting the work done. My 4 wall-mount units were cleaned to my satisfaction.
